DISCLOSURES FOR THE BRANDSMART U.S.A. CREDIT CARD:
THE BRANDSMART U.S.A. CREDIT CARD POINTS PROGRAM
The BrandsMart U.S.A. Credit Card Points Program is automatically
available to each BrandsMart U.S.A. credit card customer (“Cardholder”),
including employees, whose account is open and in good standing.
Cardholders earn 1 points for each net purchase dollar (purchases
minus returns and adjustments) spent at BrandsMart U.S.A.
Cash Advances, finance charges and fees do not qualify for
points unless otherwise indicated. Monthly billing statements
include a summary of points earned, points issued to certificates
and the current points balance. BrandsMart U.S.A. Reward Certificates
are automatically issued in the billing statement when the
points balance reaches 2,000 or greater. Certificates: a)
are issued in $20 increments for each 2,000 points earned,
b) may be redeemed at any BrandsMart U.S.A. store location,
c) may not be transferred from cardholder to other people,
d) may not be redeemed for cash or credited as payment to
the credit card account, e) expire 180 days after the issue
date, f) will be issued only if the account is in good standing.
There is no cap on the number of certificates a cardholder
may redeem at one time. Points not issued expire 36 months
from the month the points were earned. The points balance
is automatically reduced by 2,000 points for every $20 in
certificate value issued. If your BrandsMart U.S.A. purchase
is less than the amount designated on the BrandsMart U.S.A.
certificate, you will forfeit the remainder of that amount.
BrandsMart U.S.A. reserves the right to offer opportunities
for cardholders to earn bonus points and other exclusive Cardholder
benefits at its discretion. The Program may be terminated
or the Program terms and conditions changed at any time and
at our sole discretion without notice to you (including our
right to expire points or adjust the number of points for
each net dollar in BrandsMart U.S.A. purchases). No additional
BrandsMart U.S.A. Rewards Certificates will be issued after
termination of the Program. Only available to BrandsMart U.S.A.
credit cardholders.
